Return Process
- 1.Initiate a Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the serial number of your Saramonic device to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all microphones, cables, adapters, and manuals that were included in the initial shipment.
- 3.Ship the Product
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain the tracking information for your records.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the equipment's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 5 to 7 business days.
